Ingredients for 8 servings

  1. UMAMI EGG 1g

  2. All purpose flour 150g

  3. Sugar 10g

  4. Baking Powder 8g

  5. Oat Milk 220g

  6. Vegetable oil 10g

  7. A pinch of salt

  8. Vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine UMAMI EGG, all-purpose flour, sugar, and baking powder. Mix well with a whisk to ensure there are no lumps and the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  2. To the same bowl, add oat milk and vanilla essence. Stir with a whisk until combined.

  3. Add vegetable oil to the mixture and stir until the oil is evenly distributed throughout the batter.

  4. Finish by adding salt and mixing until incorporated.

  5. Using a ladle, scoop the batter onto a medium-heated frying pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake. Flip and cook for another 1 minute or until lightly golden and cooked through.

  6. Serve with your favorite fruits or syrup.
