Pancakes
Ingredients for 8 servings
UMAMI EGG 1g
All purpose flour 150g
Sugar 10g
Baking Powder 8g
Oat Milk 220g
Vegetable oil 10g
A pinch of salt
Vanilla extract
Directions
In a large bowl, combine UMAMI EGG, all-purpose flour, sugar, and baking powder. Mix well with a whisk to ensure there are no lumps and the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
To the same bowl, add oat milk and vanilla essence. Stir with a whisk until combined.
Add vegetable oil to the mixture and stir until the oil is evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Finish by adding salt and mixing until incorporated.
Using a ladle, scoop the batter onto a medium-heated frying pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake. Flip and cook for another 1 minute or until lightly golden and cooked through.
Serve with your favorite fruits or syrup.
